Matthew, arrived at the Higher Trapp Country House Hotel in Simonstone in his own GOLD coloured BWM sports car, while Kathryn arrive in a SILVER Rolls Royce., both colours equally suited to the RUBY and ivory wedding theme.

Matthew and Kathryn are a modern couple, but choose a traditional photographic wedding coverage, a strong emphasis on photographs of groups of both family and friends.

The hotel grounds, set on three levels, are so photogenic, we used are expertise to vary the group photographs and create variety, giving some group photographs a bit of a twist.

Matthew and Kathryn 's favourite photographs will be designed into a wedding story book, for everlasting memories, of this their special day.

School holidays have begun, and with it comes the plethora of weddings of school teachers, 3 weddings this week to keep us busy,starting tomorrow with Matthew and Kathryn wedding at The Higher Trapp Country House Hotel in Simonstone, situated on the enchanting Pendle Hillside with beautiful views over the Lancashire countryside.

Anthony and Emma Brotherton's wedding at Bartle Hall Preston

Everyone enjoyed being in the fresh air at Anthony and Emma 's wedding at Bartle Hall, Lea ,Preston it was a sunny hot summers day on the Sunday they exchanged vows.

Using the gardens around the hall for all the photography. We submitted a selection of photographs into the Lancashire Evening Post for consideration for their wedding day reports, and they choose three photographs from the day to show in the Saturday night paper.

Emma and Will's wedding at Bartle Hall Preston

Another lovely surprise came in a phone call from the grandmother of the bride,expressing her delight with the wedding photographs to quote

"we had a wonderful day and you have captured it beautfully forever"

and this comment came from the wife of a professional photographer sadly no longer with us

We where very touched by this comment and look forward to completing the wedding story book for Will and Emma to share and enjoy.

The Great Hall at Mains near Poulton le Fylde is without doubt a stunning venue for weddings . As you walk in the banqueting suite it is reminiscent of the original building which stood on the same site some 500 years age

The Lancashire Evening Post gave a lovely report on one of our recent weddings, Jane Gardner and Stephen Nicholson, who had the wedding service at St Paul's church Warton followed by and a stunning marquee reception held just across the road from the family home in there own field with a real cheese cake as the table centrepiece.
